See Pichi Sermolli (in Webbia 12: 182. 1956) who confirmed the identity of 1245.13 (LINN) but suggested that it is not an original element. This seems doubtful, however, and later authors (e.g. Bobrov in Novosti Sist. Vyssh. Rast. 21: 7. 1984; Jonsell & Jarvis in Nordic J. Bot. 14: 149. 1994) designated the same specimen as lectotype.
