ID remarks:
Napper (in Kew Bull. 24: 324. 1970) indicated material in LINN as holotype but did not distinguish between 816.10 and 816.11 (LINN). There appear to be no original elements for the name, the two LINN sheets both being post-1753 additions to the herbarium. However, Malik & Ghafoor's indication of 816.10 (LINN) as "holotype" is here treated as correctable under Art. 9.8, and the collection is accepted as a neotype.
